This place.... just no. They don't disclose in a noticeable spot that their water park area isn't open during the week. It also appears that the carpets haven't been cleaned in years. In the pool area, which during the week, is a tiny 3ft. Pool, a hot tub, and a splash area with one tiny slide, is constantly a foggy mess, you can barely see. The water accumulates on the rusty/ dirty fixtures above and drops back down onto patrons. We were also told they couldn't turn on any lights other than 3 in the entire pool area, despite the 20+fixtures. The ONLY good thing about this place is how great the staff is. They were all so kind and friendly, and when we requested to leave after the first night, they refunded us no problem. We are now at mt Olympus and finally feel like we're on vacation, and we love it!

It's an old hotel but the water park is fun. I love the lazy river because it has a dark section and it makes for great sneak attacks for those 12 year old boys in your life. My husband had a great time dunking our daughter, niece, and nephews under the waterfall. They let them horse play for hours. It was great!

The indoor water park is great for the family. But the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. Had to move rooms because of it than had a leaking pipe in the vanity sink. They were very hospitable about it and knocked off a little over 100$ for the issues. The life guards at the indoor water park were also pretty AMAZING. I would recommend it.

Dirty...so nasty. Clogged drains and broken hair dryer and pull out bed. The phone didn't work. Web site is outdated much like the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and clean where as the rest of the place is disgustingly dirty. We get to the pool room when it first opened and the tables were still nasty from who knows when. We complained and came back to swim that night and those tables were still dirty. They patched holes in walls and left the debris everywhere. The water park for the tots was too cold and had many broken features. Most disappointing the life guards basically left as soon as we got there. Very unsafe and unclean...

The rooms definitely need an upgrade and/or some repairs but who spends a ton of time in the room anyway when there is a water park in the hotel!? Both water park areas were clean, well kept and super fun! The arcade was great as well! The staff was amazing and overall we had a BLAST!!!
